The Namibia Public Workers Union (NAPWU) is a democratic, member-driven organization representing thousands of employees across the public service and state-owned enterprises. Established in the late 1980s, NAPWU has been instrumental in improving wages, job security, and social benefits for Namibian workers.

To promote, protect, and advance the rights and interests of public workers through collective action, negotiation, education, and solidarity.
